Did Ferrari strategy cost Lewis Hamilton and/or Charles Leclerc a Dutch Grand Prix podium?

Lewis Hamilton finished P4 on George Russells tail, with Charles Leclerc P5 after both SF-26s showed strong pace. Ferrari blamed much of the outcome on qualifying, where Hamilton and Leclerc started fifth and sixth on a circuit where overtaking is notoriously difficult. Yet Hamilton felt time lost
